The papers in the workshop “Religion and the Law” engage the problem of religious belief and its relationship to the law, in different times and places. The purpose of the workshop is to combine a discussion of the specific work of scholars doing innovative work in the fields of law and religion with a broader discussion of shared theoretical and methodological concerns.
Pre-circulated papers will be available by email. Please contact histecon@fas.harvard.edu.
