Travel Abroad
Not only were the people in The Inner Life interacting with others from around the world, many were traveling widely beyond their country of origin. This map shows which individuals traveled abroad and also how few individuals mentioned in The Inner Life did not have some contact with world travelers.
Travelers are marked in yellow and non-travelers are in dark blue. Those who did not travel, but were from outside of Great Britain are marked in red.
